LFC believes in imparting education along with life skills only can bring about a holistic growth of an Indian youth. Therefore the following activities are performed to achieve an overall development of the students.
LFC GIRL'S HR SEC SCHOOL - RANIPET Tamil and English Literary Association Meet
English and Tamil Literary Association Meets were conducted for Std VI – XII Elocution, Debate, Poem recitation, Skit and many such competitions were conducted and prizes were distributed. Opportunities are provided for the students to participate in District, National and State Level Competitions. Our school students actively participate in the Shakespeare Institute of English Vocabulary Competition every year and achieve State Level prizes.
Science Association Meet
Life is a result of thought and action and science is theory and practical, concepts and facts. LFC fosters scientific temper among the students through various science programme like Quiz, Paper presentation, Science exhibition conducted in the inter school, district, state and National level winners are awarded.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Aim
To improve the general knowledge of students and train them to participate in the general knowledge competition which is conducted in the national level. Objectives To make our school students best in all the activities like creativity, make them brilliant in general fields like social, Economics etc. to enrich the knowledge of our students in a world wide level. Activity
Conducting meeting once in a week conducting the association which shows and improves the individual talent in the activities like dance, drama, song, mono act and waste and useless things into useful things. And also by conducting this association me come to know about an individual’s creativity in each of the activities listed above.
NSS Activities: National Service Scheme
Aim
Students are exposed to the challenges of human community and made to involve in the eradication of such hurdles for the growth of the nation.

NGC: National Green Corps
Aim
- The main aim is to protect nature and its resources without doing any harm.
- To create awareness about the importance of nature and green environment for the sustainable development of the country.
Field Activities
- Maintenance of greenery in and around school campus by planting different varieties of saplings.
- Conducting different competitions on the topic ‘World Environment Day’ and awarding prizes.
RRC : Red Ribbon Club
Aim
To give awareness on HIV and AIDS to the student community and general public. Activities
- Through campaigns, seminars, processions and training programmes, AIDS awareness is created.
- Along with NSS, Red Ribbon conducts cultural programmes and other such events to fight against this deadly disease.
JRC :Junior Red Cross
Aim
To expose students on the other side of life i.e. poverty and suffering so as to generate the feeling of sympathy and create willingness to do selfless service to the humanity. Activities

- To take part in the AIDS Awareness campaign

INTERACT Club
Aim
To understand and practice service, ”Service to mankind is service to God”. Theme: ’Peace through service’. Activities
- To promote haloing tendency, Co-operation team spirit, sharing and to interact with the society and among the themselves.
- The rotary club honors the toppers of X and XII std, every year.
- Annual visit to Juvenile school and Mahatma Gandhi old age Home we entertain the inmates with cultural programmes. We provide to the inmates of Aged Home also provide.

Arts and Crafts Activities To create the future entrepreneurs, arts and crafts are included in the curriculum. It becomes a hobby especially for girls. 
Annual Sports Meet
The sportsmanship is being exhibited in a highly competitive environment on this meet. Blood chilling performances and records who win prizes in the Zonal, District, and Divisional level sports meets conducted for the school children. They always seize the Rolling Shield at Zonal level.
State level Vocabulary Test in English
Our students actively participate in the Shakespeare Institute of English competition every year and achieve state level prizes.
Musical Instruments and Dance Classes We have included Musical Instruments and Dance Classes on Saturday for VI – VIII STD, students to incorporate the appreciation towards fine arts in the young minds. 
Altitudes achieved in Sports and Games
Student life is not complete without the involvement in Sports and Games.Our students have achieved the overall Championship in the Zonal level athletic competitions. A.Sangeetha of IX A bagged the individual Championship in senior level category.Our basket ball team senior level stood I place in the District level tournament. Our girls team participated and won the I, II, III place respectively in the Gymnastic, High Jump and Long Jump conducted at the Divisional level.
